Job Description
We're seeking a smart project officer who shall be reporting to project manager and responsible for assisting in all aspects of project from initiation to closure.
Job Responsibilities:
- You shall assist the manager in over all planning,organizing and execution of the project effectively in all locations (Peth,Surgana,Trimbak,Igatpuri)
- Field visits - Conducting Awareness camp & Community Camps at various villages as well as public relations
- Coordination with local Donor’s managers & coordinators for overall mobilization & implementation, schedules etc
- Work as per the decided training calendar & action plan-batch/village / location wise
- Closely work with team members (Project Coordinators & Mobilizers & Trainers) for ensuring completing the training targets etc
- Ongoing batches Visits & Monitoring & feedback / center setup etc
- Responsible for day-to-day operations (from Mobilization, Certification & Post program support)
- Searching Manpower / Trainers / Associates / any other resources required for the project as per the locations etc
- Managing the project team & all other project related activities
- Preparing the weekly, monthly reports, MIS reporting & presentations & other details reporting to donors etc
Experience/Requirements:
- Proven experience as project coordinator/mobiliser/officer in Skill Development projects (BSW,MSW with min experience of 2 years)
- Experience & knowledge about execution of CSR projects (skill development)
- Willing to work under pressure, travelling at all project locations, managing ground team etc
